Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Front Office, Business Administration, Customer Service or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong organizational skills.
• A professional attitude.

2. Driving Instructors

Milestone Institute is also hiring Driving Instructors to provide practical driving training to learners.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will:

• Conduct practical driving lessons.
• Teach traffic rules, road safety and defensive driving.
• Prepare learners for driving tests.
• Maintain accurate student training records.
• Ensure vehicles are handled safely and professionally.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

• A valid driving instructor licence/qualification as required by NTSA.
• An appropriate valid driving licence.
• Relevant driving experience.
• Excellent teaching and communication skills.
• Patience and discipline.
• A strong commitment to road safety.
