About the Position
The Laboratory Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic tests and analyses on clinical specimens to support the detection, diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
The role also involves following laboratory protocols and maintaining required quality standards.
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- A Degree in Laboratory Sciences or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
- At least one year of internship working experience.
- Registration with a valid licence from the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board.
- Training and demonstrated understanding of Laboratory Quality Management Systems (QMS) initiatives.
- Computer skills, particularly experience with Health Management Information Systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
