Duties and Responsibilities
The Shop Attendant will help with the day-to-day running of the fashion store.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and assisting customers.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Helping customers select suitable products.
- Supporting sales and merchandising activities.
- Displaying products attractively.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the shop.
- Assisting with stocktaking and inventory management.
- Responding to customer enquiries.
- Supporting online customer enquiries and social media engagement when required.
- Helping with general daily shop operations.
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- KCSE or a relevant certificate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service skills.
- Basic selling skills.
- Good grooming and professional presentation.
- Attention to detail.
- Honesty and reliability.
- Good organisational skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer and social-media skills.
Previous experience in retail, fashion or customer service is an added advantage.
